MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND PRTL
Pamela Gold
Hi, I'm Pam!
I grew up on my family’s apple farm in upstate New York, graduated from Yale University, and then entered the business world in NYC where I was the point person on an IPO at the age of 24.
Leaving the workforce to start a family, I co-founded West Village Parents and went on to pursue my passion for fitness and wellness. It was through this pursuit that I discovered yoga, which connected my love of philosophy, science, psychology, and wellness and started my meditation practice, which ultimately unlocked an entirely new flow of wisdom and inspiration.
From 2015-2017, I was President of a Behavioral Therapy based food and weight clinic, connecting the dots between mindfulness and behavioral change and deepening my understanding of integration. In 2017, I wrote a book, Find More Strength: 5 Pillars to Unlock Unlimited Power and Happiness in 2 weeks, founded a coaching business and created Peace Power Parenting, an online course to support conscious parenting.
In 2018, I created HACKD Fitness, NYC's first biohacking fitness studio and went on to develop the coaching program, launching an app and rebranding as PRTL in 2020 during the pandemic. The end of 2021 brought the reopening of my brick and mortar biohacking fitness studios and the release of my second book, Timeless in Less Time: 12 Weeks to Optimized Fitness for Life.
